Tobias Sherman is the founder and CEO of FOUNDRYIV. He has created the company’s direction and  strategy.  As one of the earliest Esports executives, he helped shape the industry as it grew organically and now is shaping the direction of Esports with his vision and experience.

Formerly he headed  WME-IMG’s eSports division, focusing on player representation, sponsorships, marketing, production and creating new strategies for clients in eSports. At Foundry  he leads the company’s efforts in making new strides in eSports through game publishing, League formation and brand consulting. He also creates and cultivates new business models for the way media is now consumed. Tobias has continued to drive the industry forward with ground-breaking initiatives such as the formation of  ELEAGUE in partnership with Turner Tobias also co-founded his own eSports talent agency, Global eSports Management (GEM), with a focus on building strong relationships with players, team owners and sponsors. GEM was then acquired by WME-IMG in 2015.


Simon is a founding member and the chief technology officer for the company.  He is building the company’s technology assets and capabilities rapidly developing and delivering products and services on an increasingly international basis in order to position the company as a leader in the gaming industry. Simon is also responsible for the technical direction of the engineering team and manages the on-time, on-budget and on-spec delivery of world-class products.  Prior to FOUNDRYIV, founded "One Shiny Pixel and also built an internal gaming company for WME-IMG.


Lilia Russo is a founder and oversees  all Gaming community activities including training, curriculum development and  She is the former Director of Strategy and Engagement for ESPORTS at WME|IMG, the global leader in entertainment, sports, and fashion. Lilia helps design and create the esports program that is currently in development at IMG Academy. Lilia is also developing an incubator for women in esports to continue to grow the demographic and create opportunities for female talent.

Lilia has a background in traditional sports, coaching athletes who have gone on to collegiate programs such as Ohio State University. Additionally, she has mentored and developed athletes who were National title champions and competed on the global stage. Her experience within traditional athletics has paved the way for her success implementing player development programs at IMG Academy.

Throughout her career, Lilia has worked to introduce non-endemic brands to esports, leading the industry crossover of traditional athletics and esports. Lilia is committed to maturing esports such that the industry benefits the fans, players and corporations equally.  Her ultimate objective is to conduct business in esports to be the standard within media, entertainment, and athletics, not the exception



Scott Merchant is the company Chief Operating Officer. He oversees corporate administration and company operations. Working directly with our CEO, Scott is instrumental in the management of our professional team partners. Scott built Golfbook, a national golf software  company from start-up through its growth to its strategic investment with CBS Digital. He brings a wealth of details operations skills and will be shape the culture with the management of the Foundry Team. His experience in building a national staff and navigating contracts for strategic distribution partnerships will be instrumental in the success of foundry’s growth and operational efficiencies.
